Work is only ever agreed under a written scope and quote issued by FLARE. Creator fees, studio and location costs, travel, licences, paid usage rights and VAT are quoted separately unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property
All branding, copy, imagery and showreel content on this site belongs to FLARE or its clients and creators, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Rights in commissioned work, and the scope of usage licences, are set out in the relevant project agreement.
Briefs you send us
You confirm you have the right to share any material you upload. We treat briefs as confidential and store them privately.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, FLARE is not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information published here.
