Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data FLARE collects through this website, why we collect it and how it is protected. It is a working draft and must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Who we are
FLARE is a content-creation agency based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact hello@flarebang.com.
Company registration details, registered address and the data-protection contact must be inserted here before publication.
What we collect
Enquiry details you submit: name, work email, company, role, phone number, project summary, budget indication, timings, platforms, and any asset list you build.
Files you upload as part of a brief. These are stored privately and are only accessible to FLARE.
Basic technical data required to serve and secure the website.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, scope the work and provide a quote.
To administer a project if you become a client.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and performance of a contract where a project proceeds.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Insert the confirmed retention period before launch.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting and database providers acting under contract on our behalf.
Where a project involves creators, studios or partner agencies, we share only what is necessary to deliver the work.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request portability.
To exercise any right, email hello@flarebang.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database. Uploaded briefs are held in a private store that is not publicly readable.
Draft content for review. Replace with counsel-approved wording before launch.
